*1. Delivery Times*
FITNGO dispatches orders from our distribution center in NSW, Monday to Friday. Customers in metropolitan areas can expect to receive their orders within 3-5 business days. While we deliver to all locations within Australia, please note that delivery to remote and regional areas may take longer than indicated. Items in your order may be dispatched from multiple locations due to stock availability. Please allow for extended delivery times for split-sent orders. Orders containing pre-order items are not eligible for same-day dispatch.
*2. Express Post*
Express Post is available for all domestic orders placed with FITNGO in Australia.
*3. After Your Purchase*
You will receive an order confirmation email once your order has been submitted. If we cannot fulfil or dispatch your order for any reason, we will contact you within 3 days using the contact details provided. We can offer a product substitution or a refund for any items that cannot be fulfilled.
*4. Public Holidays & Sale Periods*
We do not fulfil or dispatch orders on region-specific public holidays. During sale periods (including but not limited to Black Friday, Boxing Day, and site-wide sales), please allow an additional 7 business days for shipping. This is due to potential delays in dispatching your order caused by large order volumes and courier delays during peak sale periods.
*5. Authority to Leave*
If you would like to give our courier service "Authority to Leave" your parcel if you are absent during delivery, please specify this in the "special instructions" section at the shopping cart. Please be aware that FITNGO accepts no liability for the parcel once it leaves our courier's possession. The parcel is considered delivered, and the responsibility lies with the customer.
*6. Problem with Your Orders?*
If you have an issue with your order, please include your name, order number, email, and contact number so one of our friendly customer service representatives can assist you as soon as possible. You can also reach us at info@fitngo.com.au.
*7. Acceptance of Orders*
Your receipt of an electronic or other form of order confirmation does not signify our acceptance of your order, nor does it constitute confirmation of our offer to sell. FITNGO reserves the right to accept or decline your order for any reason at any time after receipt. We will inform you of this at our earliest opportunity.
*8. Order Tracking*
You can track your order once FITNGO has shipped it and you receive your "shipping confirmation" email. Please include your mobile number when placing your order, as this will provide our customer service team with a point of contact if needed. You will also receive live updates on your order's status. Please use the following methods to track your order:
i. Use the tracking link provided in your "shipping confirmation" email for delivery updates from the courier.
ii. Alternatively, you can enter your mobile phone number on the "order confirmation" screen, which will provide live text message updates on your shipped order. You can re-access the "order confirmation" screen via your "order confirmation" email.
iii. If you have downloaded the SHOP app by Shopify on your mobile phone, it can also provide live tracking details about your order. You can download the SHOP mobile app via the "order confirmation" screen.
iv. If you encounter issues with any of the above methods, please get in touch with our sales team at orders@assassindirtbikes.com.au. When you contact us, please provide your order number and the name under which the order was placed for timely assistance.
*9. Returns*
Please choose carefully, as we do not provide refunds for change of mind or incorrect decisions. If you receive an incorrect, faulty, or misdescribed product, we will offer an exchange or refund. Exchanges or returns must be initiated within 30 days of purchase, with valid proof of purchase (please keep your e-invoice).
If you would like to exchange any unopened products purchased through FITNGO, please get in touch with our customer service team. Please note that return freight charges are the customer's responsibility, and you may be required to pay additional shipping fees if necessary. We do not accept returns or refunds on clearance or special items; purchases of these items are final.
